STEM Coordinator

Hello! I’m Elisha Hodge, the STEM Instructional Coordinator at Lime Kiln. In this role, I have the privilege of supporting teachers and students as we explore innovative ways to make science, technology, engineering, and mathematics come alive in the classroom. My background as an Elementary Mathematics Specialist and Science Core Leader has fueled my passion for helping students think critically, solve problems creatively, and see the connections between classroom learning and the real-world. With 10 years of experience in education, I’ve had the opportunity to teach, design curriculum, and lead professional development focused on integrating STEM practices across grade levels.

I believe that STEM education empowers students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and apply their learning to real-world challenges. I’m excited to build partnerships with teachers, families, and the community to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
