It is with great joy and heartfelt enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the Assistant Principal of Lime Kiln School. I am truly honored to be part of a school community that values partnership, celebrates diversity, and is deeply committed to the success and well-being of every child.

At Lime Kiln, we believe that a strong home-school connection is essential to helping our scholars thrive. As a school leader, I work each day to ensure that our building runs smoothly and safely, creating an environment where students feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn. Safety is not just a priority—it is the foundation for everything we do.

My role goes far beyond daily operations. I am here to support your child’s academic, social, and emotional growth. I work closely with our teachers and staff to create a positive school culture where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Here is how I am working to support your child’s success:

Empowering Teachers: I help lead professional development that equips our educators with tools to make learning engaging, meaningful, and effective.

Supporting the Whole Child: I lead meetings focused on understanding and addressing students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Focusing on Growth: I collaborate with teachers to set high expectations and support students in reaching important academic milestones.

Being Present: I visit classrooms daily to celebrate great teaching and ensure students are receiving the best possible instruction.

Partnering with Families: I believe that families are our most important partners, and I am committed to keeping you informed, involved, and empowered.

Prioritizing Safety and Attendance: I oversee safety and attendance protocols to ensure every child is present, protected, and ready to learn.

Colaborando con las familias: Creo firmemente en el poder de la colaboración con las familias y me comprometo a mantenerlos informados e involucrados.

Priorizando la seguridad y la asistencia: Supervivo los protocolos para asegurar que cada niño esté presente, seguro y listo para aprender.
